Located in Gowanus, Brooklyn, Broken Land Studios provide exceptional audio recording and editing services to clients in the New York City area. Founded in 2005, Broken Land Studios has worked with a wide range of independent artists to achieve a balance between quality and cost-effectiveness, while striving to fully realize the creative potential of each project. Lead engineer Alex Perez combines his background in music theory with over two decades of experience performing in bands and as a solo artist to provide his clients with service that is technically masterful, affordable and rewarding.

Whether it is a singer/songwriter accompanied by an acoustic guitar, a five-piece hard-rock band, or an actress looking to showcase her vocal chops, Broken Land Studios is dedicated to helping every client capture the essence of his or her art.
